About Me

Hello, and welcome to the San Jacinto Library webpage!

My name is Adriana Martindale, and I am proud to serve as the librarian at San Jacinto Elementary. I have been an educator with Goose Creek CISD since 2007. During my time in the district, I have taught bilingual Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, and 3rd Grade, including eight wonderful years teaching bilingual 2nd Grade.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Master of Library Science from Sam Houston State University in May 2021.

I am passionate about fostering a love of reading and learning, and I look forward to sharing exciting books, technology projects, and library experiences with our students throughout the year.

Students can access the library catalog and online databases through their ClassLink portal.

I encourage families to visit the Sterling Municipal Library to explore additional resources, programs, and services available to our community.
